Bayberry Properties LLC offers several ways to pay your rent:

Payment can be dropped off at the office at 506 North Fourth Street at any time.   Our office is secured by video monitoring and 24 hour surveillance monitoring security.   Methods of payment accepted are:
  • Cash - is not accepted for rent, unless you are paying in person
  • Cashiers Check
  • Money Order
  • Personal Check with prior approval
  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted at our office for rental payment, just call and arrange a time to make the payment 5% convenience fee applies to use of any credit/debit card.
