Franciscan University is only 5 blocks away, go north on Fourth Street to State Route 7 turn left, go 1 block to University Boulevard then proceed up University Boulevard 2 blocks to the entrance. You can also take Franklin Avenue at the north end of Fourth Street up to 7th St. and then right to University Blvd, turn left up to the University entrances.
St Peter's Catholic Church is on the corner of Fourth and Logan just 4 blocks south of the Bayberry.
Two Brothers Dry Cleaning is located 2 blocks south of the Inn on Fourth Street and is available for all your laundry and dry cleaning needs.
U.S. Post Office is on the corner of 3rd Street between Washington St. and Market St.
City and County offices are on the corners of 3rd Street and Market St.

Fort Steuben Mall, 3 miles up Washington Street and out Sunset Blvd about 3 miles to John Scott Hwy turn left and then right into the mall area, it's well marked. Lowes, Rural King, Ollies, Harbor Freight, Aldi's, Penny's, Wal-Mart, Dicks Sporting Goods, the Ville restaurant and more.
